Law Enforcement Opportunities NOW!

Young Women!
Second Career Women!
Bilingual Women!

Right now there are a record number of vacancies in our local law enforcement agencies in Sonoma County, California. There are over 50 current vacancies, and there will continue to be more due to new early retirement policies. This means unparalleled opportunities for women and minorities to move into our local police and sheriff departments.

So Move Up! Make a Difference!
And Earn Good Pay!

There are so many vacancies right now that most local agencies are willing to pay salaries of $3,000 for new hires as they go through the academy, as well as pay for academy expenses. Once sworn in as a working officer, starting salaries usually jump to $5,000 and up. Not to mention that benefits are excellent, too!

Our Communities Need all the Skills and Consciousness Women and Minorities Bring to Law Enforcement!

Our Communities Need You!

Yes, we know, the local law enforcement record on hiring, retaining, and promoting women ranges from lame to atrocious. All the more reason for women, minorities, and good hearted people to join forces and join up together now.

Yes, we also know there's a big, $3 million federal employment sex discrimination lawsuit against the Sheriff's Dept. And it's doing very well! The judge is consistently ruling in the women's favor. It's another reason to look into a law enforcement career today. A federal judge is watching!
